TRAILBLAZER IPA*

Our very first beer for the Fort Smith region! Light, crisp, and perfectly hopped for both IPA and non-IPA drinkers alike. Produced in honor of all the original trailblazers who bravely ventured before us and founded our home city of Fort Smith.

oktoberfest– collaboration with Columbus house brewery(Seasonal)

A light, malty festbier lager perfect for the Halloween season.

dAT NGUYEN stout*

Made and brewed in honor of the living legend Dat Nguyen.  Born at Fort Chaffee he went on to be the first Vietnamese-American to be drafted, play, and be recognized as an All-Pro in the NFL.  This strong beer has all the characteristics of the pioneers born here in Fort Smith!

1817 Pale ale*

Crisp and hoppy. Dated 1817 to celebrate the year of Fort Smith's founding.

Religious leaders have historically been the brewers and conduit for a more existential perspective on life.  So in reverence to those great leaders we name our delicious DIPA that will fill you with life and inspire you to do great things!

Bitter COC APA(SEASONAL)*

Bitter COC (Chain of Command) is a piny ode to all our bureaucratic leaders who work tirelessly to ensure the safety and stability of our great country.  With that thankless job can come some bitter sweet attitudes that is best complimented with a bitter sweet beer!

Pearl starr saison 

Pearl Starr was the daughter of the infamous Belle Starr.  Pearl was well known in downtown Fort Smith as a lady of the night.  She was beautiful, clean, crisp and had a bite!  To all the ladies of the night!

"Bill" Bradford's porter 

MAJ William Bradford commanded Fort Smith from 1817-1822.  Through a tumultuous few years living on the most western fort he forged together the foundation which would soon become the greatest city in Arkansas, Fort Smith!  After lots of perseverance we have finally made this Porter worthy of the finest taste buds (which will soon become the greatest Porter known to man)!

E.P. Sour (Elvis Presley) 

The King himself went through basic training here at Fort Chaffee!  This sour used a wild yeast found in the barracks Elvis Presley stayed and we're sure we found some of his awesome pizazz that gives him his signature look and will sure to give you the same after tasting this delicious summer sour!

JDR's watermelon cream ale*

The winner of the Homebrew Competition!  Named after the three brewers who concocted this delicious recipe, it is sure to turn any non beer drinker into beer's biggest fan! This recipe is evidence that great craft beer brewed in the River Valley is not limited to the manufacturers.  Either that, or our water is straight from the beer gods!

RASPBERRY PALE ALE 

Created for a very special wedding, this Raspberry Pale Ale will hit your nose with all the aromas of a Raspberry Shortcake and finish in your mouth like a smooth dessert.  Another great beer for this summer time heat!

Hans MuLLER KOLSCH 

Hans Muller was a German POW, here at Fort Chaffee, who inscribed his name on the foundation of our building.  This 6.7% Kolsch is in remembrance of the many German POWs who built this base and stayed around to make a home and family here in the states.

Imagine sitting on the front porch in your favorite rocking chair on a hot humid Arkansas day.  Now imagine a cool, crisp, sweet, and refreshing beverage in your hand.  Ahhh, the Apricot Summer Kolsch is replacing Sweet Tea all around Fort Smith during this exceptionally hot summer! Get them while they last!

Bosky hill brew (wedding beer)

Commissioned by a lovely couple for their wedding, this French Saison tickled the tongue and guaranteed pure serenity!  Only Available periodically, if you hear rumors of it being on tap you must stop everything you're doing and fight for a drop of this beautiful beverage inspired by two lovebirds.

GEORGE McGill amber

Commissioned by Joe's Grill and Cantina, the light malts and amber color compliment Joe's tacos and salsas so exquisitely that he is forced to start a lottery for every pint sold!  Named after our historically significant Mayor, Mayor George McGill.

Western district Belgian wit

Based on the historical play by Brandon Goldsmith, this Belgian Wit recipe was born from the archives of Fort Smith earlier beer making days. A great choice for all beer drinkers!

BLACK PEPPER WEIZEN

Commissioned by the software engineers at PROPAK for their annual Quasar Gaming Competition, this beer has a very unassuming profile.  The black pepper lays dormant until you finish your drink and take a big relaxing breathe.  The coolness and freshness of the black pepper shows itself in the most balanced form.

Class of 2021 spiced weizen

This clove, nutmeg, and cinnamon hefeweizen pays homage to the first class of the Arkansas School of Osteopathic Medicine.  A beer fitting for their diverse class and using natural ingredients that have been used to treat ailments for centuries.

Monroe shandy*

Designed for the the Fort Smith Fashion Project, this beer will be sure to quinch your thirst during these hot and humid Arkansas summer days.  Come by and enjoy a glass of this Marilyn Monroe inspired beer.

Kite flyers session ipa (coming soon)

Brewed for Hideaway Pizza coming this July!  A refreshing and citrus IPA that will be sure to reinvent everything the South knows about IPAs.  This is the perfect all day beer with some of the finest pizza in town.
